The Certificate Course in CNC Milling is a 3-months skill-oriented program designed to develop industry-ready technicians with hands-on expertise in modern machining practices. The course is offered in collaboration with Omnitech Engineering Ltd, ensuring that the training is aligned with current industrial standards, technologies, and workplace requirements. The program aims to produce skilled CNC milling operators and technicians who can efficiently work in automotive, aerospace, precision engineering, and general manufacturing sectors. Upon successful completion, students will be equipped with the competencies required to operate CNC milling machines safely, accurately, and productively in a competitive industrial landscape

After successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
1) Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining symbols for precise manufacturing of components.
2) Write, understand and edit CNC part programs using G-codes and M-codes for producing accurate components.
3) Operate CNC milling machines efficiently, including machine setup, tool selection and mounting and execution of machining operations as per given specifications.
4) Acquire skills in measuring and inspecting machined parts using appropriate instruments to ensure adherence to quality standards
