Course Description

The Certificate Course in CNC Milling is a 3-months skill-oriented program designed to develop industry-ready technicians with hands-on expertise in modern machining practices. ITI holders (Turner) or Diploma holder (Mechanical/Production) or B. Tech (Mechanical/ Production)

After successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

1) Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining symbols for precise manufacturing of components.

2) Write, understand and edit CNC part programs using G-codes and M-codes for producing accurate components.

3) Operate CNC milling machines efficiently, including machine setup, tool selection and mounting and execution of machining operations as per given specifications.

4) Acquire skills in measuring and inspecting machined parts using appropriate instruments to ensure adherence to quality standards
