The Department of Applied Management, Assam Skill University successfully organized a Seminar on “Career Opportunities in the Securities Market and Role of NISM” on 25th February 2026.

The session saw active participation from students across departments who were keen to understand how the securities market functions and what career opportunities exist in this sector.

The seminar was delivered by Mr. Subhayu Das, Assistant General Manager, National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), a capacity building initiative of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
